Our 100% grass-fed beef tallow is sourced directly from trusted local farmers who prioritize regenerative agriculture and pasture-raised cattle. By working closely with these producers, we ensure our products are not only nutrient-dense but also sustainably sourced and of exceptional quality. This approach allows us to provide a chemical-free product that benefits both our customers and the environment.

Our grass-fed, whipped tallow balm, infused with essential oils, are skincare products made from rendered beef fat, primarily from grass-fed cows, that is whipped into a soft, creamy texture. It’s valued for its natural moisturizing properties, rich in fatty acid, and potential for healing dry, irritated, or aging skin. Tallow is a great natural moisturizer due to its close resemblance to our skin’s natural oils.

Besides being highly moisturizing, tallow contains fats like conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which has anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory properties, and palmitoleic acid, which has natural antimicrobial properties. It’s a natural alternative to products containing synthetic chemicals, GMOs, toxins, fillers, artificial colors or artificial fragrances. Tallow is highly compatible with the oil that our skin naturally produces and shares a similar biology, making it very effective as a protective, yet permeable barrier that prevents infection, maintains moisture, flexibility and structure of the cells.

Final Sale Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all purchases are considered final. We’re unable to process refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order is lost, arrives damaged, or contains an error, please reach out to us within 30 days of the purchase date for assistance. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues reported beyond this timeframe.

Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed and processed, changes cannot be made. This includes order combinations, adjustments to product selections, or modifications to shipping details.

Commitment to Quality
Every item is carefully crafted and individually packed with great attention to detail. To ensure the best experience, we encourage customers to contact our us with any product-related questions prior to purchase.

Refund Limitations
Our team is always willing to work with customers to find suitable solutions when necessary. However, since our products are made in small batches for maximum freshness and quality, we cannot accept returns for refunds.

Ingredient Transparency & Allergies
Each product comes with a full ingredient list to help customers make informed decisions. We advise checking this list for potential allergens before placing an order. Tallow for You is not responsible for any adverse reactions or sensitivities. However, if a rare reaction occurs, our customer care team can provide dilution tips and alternative ways to use the product.

Patch Testing & Usage Recommendations
Before incorporating new products into your skincare routine, we recommend performing a patch test. If multiple products are purchased, introduce them gradually—one at a time—to assess compatibility. In case of sensitivity, discontinue use for a week before testing again.

Personal Preferences
We recognize that scents, textures, and colors are subjective. As a small business dedicated to handcrafting each product, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges based on personal preferences.

Proper Storage & Product Integrity
Our products are free from preservatives, additives, and synthetic chemicals. To preserve their quality, avoid introducing water and store them in a cool, dry environment.

Summer Shipping Advisory
During warmer months, we take extra care when shipping tallow-based creams  by including them in thermal envelope packs. Despite our best efforts, these items may arrive in a melted or liquid state. By placing an order, customers acknowledge this possibility and agree that refunds will not be issued due to changes in consistency. If your product arrives liquified, simply store it upright in a cool room or refrigerator until it solidifies—its effectiveness remains unchanged.

Order Issue Resolution
If you experience any problems, such as a broken item, please reach out to us—we’re committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Once your order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes, including combining orders, adjusting order details, or modifying shipping information. Orders in transit cannot be changed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to stop the order before it is prepared, but once processed, it can’t be canceled.

Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping within the Continental U.S. on orders over $75. This free shipping option will be sent via USPS Ground only. (The shipping rate for orders under $75 is a $10 flat fee.)

Shipping to Canada
We currently only to ship to the Continental U.S..

Shipping Estimates
Shipping delivery estimates are based on USPS. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.

Order Processing:
We aim to process orders within 48hrs of receiving your order. Please note that we have no control over USPS transit times. Delivery routes and estimated arrival dates are subject to change due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any delays or route changes are the responsibility of USPS.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Tallow for You is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address entered during checkout. Upon inquiry, we’ll provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information for customers to follow up with USPS directly.

Address Issues
Tallow for You is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee to resend the package. If a refund is preferred, the items are subject to a restocking fee. If there’s no response to our attempts to resend your package, the items and payment will be returned to the custody of  Tallow for You.
